Focus and Scope

AURORA publishes original articles reporting the results of community service and empowerment activities. The scope of articles covers, but is not limited to:

  • Community empowerment and grassroots economic development
  • Education, literacy, and community training
  • Public health and social welfare
  • Appropriate technology and innovation for society
  • Environmental sustainability and conservation
  • Agriculture, fisheries, and community-based food security
  • Law, public policy, and village/community governance
  • Arts, culture, and community-based tourism

Manuscripts should present a clear methodology, measurable outcomes or impact assessment, and recommendations for program sustainability, rather than descriptive activity reports alone.
